RESEARCH

My broad research goals are to understand the impacts of environmental stressors on marine species, primarily focusing on fish populations that are important to recreational and commercial fisheries. My work is inherently interdisciplinary, spanning across physiology, oceanography, ecology and fisheries science, and always collaborative. I tend to scale my questions either across life stages (embryos to adults), from the organism to the population, and across multiple ecosystems.

My main research areas include:
A Changing Environment and Large-Scale Population Dynamics
Environmental Stressor Impacts on Marine Species
Integrating Physiology into Oceanographic Models
